Description
Acknowledging the receipt of his letter from Paris, William confirms to be now ready to pay his regards to Lord Myao and his friends. The Lord and himself should do all what they can to help the Lord's brother. The Twins [?] will be with at Bersted Lodge [South Bersted, Sussex; home of Susan Smith his sister in law and widow of Thomas Smith of Bersted Lodge].
A few considerations on the present situation in Paris.
William is more endeavoured to do his duty; the Dutchess [Princess Adelaide] and himself look forward to see again Bell and Susan.
