The Duchess suggests Sir Thomas will have a look at the papers of Mr Guidott's cause while he is out of town. The Duchess is willing to visit Sir Thomas before his departure in order to explain fully to him the case of how Mr Guidott defrauded the Duke of Marlborough [Sarah's husband]- a most reprochable event.
