Description
As requested by Bootle, Lord Derby wrote to Sir Roger Bradshaigh to have the latest about the Wigan Election - he gives here an account of Sir Bradshaigh's answer.
Lord Derby confesses his desire to see a Whig Parliament - despite knowing that will be unlikely; he just hopes there will not be a Tory Parliament.
