Description
Concerning a deposition made by Bibye [?] when the will of the late Lord Derby [?Sir Thomas Stanley, 4th Baronet] was rpoved in Chancery: Lord Derby explains here why Bibye was lying when he declared he was a servant of the late Lord Derby.
He offers to take care of Bootle's stone col [stallion] during the winter season.
