Description
The Duchess reports that the Empress of Russia has written to the Duke, takes the side of their daughter and will send away her husband Prince Frederick of Württemberg if he continues to mistreat her; also that the King of Prussia has arranged for her son William to inherit the [Duchy] of Oels; she hopes that Augustus will marry the Duke of Courland's daughter who will be very rich; she has good reports of Charles in Switzerland but fears he will always be heavy and dull.
