The Duchess writes that this is a good moment for her to come, as the Duke has been ordered to Wesel, where the Prussian forces are amassing in case of war; and she does not want Princess Wilhelmina [?daughter of King Frederick William II of Prussia] to marry Charles, as is being planned in Berlin.
