Prince William has received the King's letter, which states that while he was pleased with the Prince for the first fortnight, he was then disatisfied with his leaving the room so often. The Prince assures his father that he never did anything wrong and did not receive any bad advice.
The Prince will obey the Admiral and Mr Majendie implicitly and will be careful of the company he keeps.
