Informing McMahon about the arrangements made in the HMS Impregnable ahead of the imminent visit of the Emperor of Russia and the King of Prussia: the Duke is determined to provide a magnificent reception for them, that will reflect credit on the Prince Regent. Charles Stewart will send a messenger to announce of the safe departure of the Sovereigns from Paris.
The Duke encloses here a list of people he intends to take on board the ship with him and the Sovereigns.
