Atkinson informs the Duke of the poor health of Lord Whitworth. Prince Coburg [Prince LĂ©opold Georg Christian Friedrich of Saxe-Saalfeld-Coburg] has obtained the command of the 5th Regiment of Dragoons [Princess Charlotte of Wales's Regiment] and Atkinson asks the Duke to recommend him for the Agency.
