The Duke expresses his outrage at a 'groundless' report [?]. He will not be able to see the Prince Regent tomorrow since he has been unwell and Blane [Sir Gilbert Blane of Blanefield] forbade him to go out.
The Duke hopes the Prince will lend the [Duke's?] children his box in the theatres in Drury Lane and Covent Garden to allow them to see the Pantomimes.
